Kinda good, kinda bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beds good but the delivery of everything was a bit of a mess. Once it did arrived the box was so absolutely destroyed. My wife wanted me to refuse the package but I convinced her otherwise. For something with sanitation concerns like a mattress I did not expect to look like it went through a war to get here.

Less painful sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have very different sleep styles. I suffer from back and neck issues and see a chiropractor weekly. So far this bed has been amazing. We previously had the original Casper and love the wave hybrid more.

I really like the comfort of the wave mattress. I did prefer the softness of the original but the temp control is better on the wave. I do sleep hot and still have an issue sleeping hot with the wave but it’s not as bad as it is with the original. The company is awesome to work with and makes returning a mattress that doesn’t work super easy. I highly recommend Casper!

Not recommended for lower back or hip pain as so many state

So we purchased a casper wave hybrid as I suffer from hip and lower back pain. The wave is far too soft, no side or edge support and made my pain worse. It is difficult to change positions on this bed and doing so causes shooting pain in either my back or hip. I awaken in pain every day. We are still in 100 day trial and plan on returning this mattress. We were very disappointed.

After I had made the switch, I went back to sleeping consistently. My dreams started back to being a regular occurrence and my back pains went away (despite sitting all day for work still).
The price put me off a little but this is where I'll be spending a good chunk of my life... I think I'll live.
This has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long while.
Disclaimer, I was sleeping on a mattress from well before 2010 before I made this switch and might be a little biased
