We received our mattress through XPO Shipping. They set the mattress up for us. So easy. Our last mattress was an icomfort like the temperpedic. We upgraded to a king size bed and wanted a mattress that would be just as comfortable but not cost as much. The wave hybrid mattress is just that! I feel like I have the same mattress just so much bigger! I highly recommend this mattress to anyone with back problems or just wanting a very comfortable mattress

Our old king bed was horribly sagging and I'd regularly wake up with back pain. The Casper is a vast improvement in virtually every category. It is comfortable to lie on, supportive yet soft. I can sleep on my back, stomach or side without pain or problems. My only quibble is that it sinks a bit more than I like when sitting upright--at the head of the bed if trying to watch TV, or on the edge while trying to get dressed. Not very firm at the edges.

Everything I Had Hoped For...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a memory foam 'topper' laid over our original spring mattress. It was ok for a few years but really lacked firmness and it was getting terribly difficult for us to turn over (which we do quite a lot). We finally decided to treat ourselves to a Casper Wave Hybrid and base. So glad we did! We're almost a month in and both sleeping more soundly than we have in a very long time. It's firm but comfy at the same time, and we stay nice and cool now, which means we toss and turn far less. It's also more comfortable for side-sleeping, with less pain in my hips. Definitely a great choice!

Love This Mattress

Finally I went to their Chestnut Hill, MA store to try them out. I bought the Wave Hybrid mattress. The set up was easy and fun watching it expand. I enjoy my new Casper mattress so much. I am getting a better night's sleep and am very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend the Wave Hybrid mattress.

Most comfortable mattress ever

We are older folks, my husband is thin and I am on the chunky side.
The Wave Hybrid worked for both our hip and shoulder problems.
Support was excellent, not too firm or soft. We loved the material the mattress was made of. The delivery and haul away of our old mattress was problem free.We also decided to give their pillow a try. They are so soft yet have this inner support that doesnt hurt your neck or shoulder. We would recommend trying this company.

I'm glad to say that Casper was able to handle my situation but it's still not over so I'll have to come back and update this review when the transaction is complete.
For the sake of how many characters I can use, here is the TLDR.
I ordered the hybrid mattress with frame, base, in home setup, and old mattress removal. All of the items were delivered, the mattress last, and then was told by the delivery company XPO that they wouldn't set it up, then they tried and broke the frame and base.
Casper sent out new base and frame, was super easy to put together and have had about a week of testing the mattress.
So far it's been pretty good, I'm hopeful.
Still waiting on my old mattress and broken pieces to be removed, but I'm certain that will happen in the near future.
