Underwhelming

We've had our Wave Hybrid for almost 5 years and I will admit we are a bit underwhelmed. For what we spent on it, I don't believe we've had our moneys worth. I often wake up with a sore back and I do spend time shifting around during the night to get to a position that doesn't bother me. A week ago, I had to rotate the mattress as a divot had developed where I sleep. I usually need to do this a couple times a year. It's time for me to start shopping for a different mattress company.

Bad shoulder pain

I’m a side sleeper and developed bad shoulder pain with this mattress. And Casper won’t stand behind their product!

Comfortable

I've had this mattress for more than 10 years best ever. Sleep in middle of king...no slope. Cats jump on bed...don't feel it. better than my pillow top. They say you need to replace mattress after 10 years, but, I love this bed so much. That I look forward to my afternoon naps. The cats like it to. if they have been working on making this thing better, I can't imagine the new model

Couldn’t Be Happier

A family member of mine decided to upgrade and get a Casper bed around the end of 2021 when they had moved into a new house. After having slept in their guest bed multiple times I noticed a dramatic difference between my current bed and Casper. I wasn’t ready to make any financial purchases up until now, 2023, when I became ill and my mattress had begun to cave in on me. I spent most nights tossing and turning due to being uncomfortable. Making the decision to upgrade to not only a hybrid but also a platform style frame has made a worthwhile change in my sleep and overall mood. I am so thankful for being able to experience Casper and now have one of my own! I’m also thankful for the MOA associates who helped find the best mattress for me!
