The delivery was smooth but the mattress wasn't level after they left & I needed some friends to help me turn it so thre head wasn't lower than the head

Had a defect and they will not handle return. They think they can go off a picture ONLY. With the money spent you would think this would be an easy fix. Very disappointed

Excellent Spinal Alignment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner and I have had the Wave Hybrid for a month so far and we love it. My partner actually keeps mentioning how it's so comfortable they can't get out of bed. They are just tired all the time, so it helps them sleep well. There is a nice comfortable sink that the mattress molds to my body. My spine feels aligned and I feel the support. My partner and I are stomach and side sleepers (occasional back sleepers) and it's very comfortable.
