It is not as comfortable as the queen size pillow that I ordered about 3 years ago. I LOVE that pillow. Did the formula change? It seems much thicker.

Great pillow! Keeps it shape which is extremely important; doesn’t flatten over time and is very comfortable to sleep on. I bought a Casper for every one in the family; well worth the money!
