My husband, who is large, sleeps on his back and side, had been sleeping on a friend's Casper for 4 months, and liked it so much that we bought one for our bed. I have hip and back issues, only sleep on my side, and within a couple of months feel like there's a depression where I sleep, my hip pain is starting to come back. The uncompressed area feels a whole lot better, but it shouldn't be like that after a few months. In short, for me it hasn't worked out, but I think the greater softness works better for DH, and if it were only up to him, he'd definitely keep the Casper.

I'll start off by saying that my wife and I did not like the mattress. We are side sleepers and both of us experienced back pain. While our experience with the bed wasn't great, it was a completely different story when we went to return it. After calling Casper to notify them, we were followed up with immediately, letting us know when we would receive an email about pickup. The email came just three days later and informed us that the bed would be picked up the following day, in the time period we requested. The bed was picked up the next day and I was emailed 5 minutes later to let me know that the refund was processed. The refund was in my bank account within 2 days. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Casper. The bed comes with a 100 night sleep guarantee, so you can't lose. The return process couldn't be more convenient, so you have nothing to lose. Thanks Casper
