The mattress is a very good mattress. Better than average, but not the best mattress I've ever slept on. Definitely great for its price and the level of convenience. The service I received after ordering was the best. Their support staff are kind, patient, able to work around complicated moving schedules, and attentive to whatever specifics you need attended to. The delivery itself was also great. The delivery folks showed up, set up the new frame, and expanded the mattress very efficiently; it took maybe 10 minutes, tops.

Sleeping on our new Casper mattress has honestly been heaven sent. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better bed. We are at the end of our first month and have had no problems with it whatsoever. A great quality mattress!
