We are very happy with the customer service and our new Casper mattress! We originally got the essential, and I loved it, however my spouse did not. He felt that he sank in a little too much on the heavier parts of his body, so we returned it and upgraded to the Casper. The entire process was smooth and easy, and now we are both sleeping great!!
