My experience so far is unbelievable. We have been switching mattresses for a while now and have finally settled down to this one. We love our new Casper mattress with 4 kids and no sleep the mattress makes up for all that. Great mattress .

The Casper is a comfortable bed. I was seeking a firm mattress and the Casper is just about right in terms of firmness. My only disappointment was the delivery of mattress - the box was torn open and the mattress was exposed to the elements. The mattress is wrapped in plastic so there was no damage but it was protruding through the delivery box.

Overall I like the mattress. Although the box was a bit beaten up upon receiving it, the contents were undamaged. The only thing negative I have to say is I wish it was about 10-20% softer. It's not a big enough issue to return it, I just like softer beds and it's not affecting sleep.

It was fun to unbox the mattress. It was so convenient they deliver it right to your front door. Did not have wait for a delivery driver from a store. It shipped quickly. It took a few days to get used to sleeping on the mattress but now we love it. It would be helpful to have better instructions on which side of the mattress faces up.

I did not prefer the Casper. For the price, I felt it was too soft and it felt cheap to be honest. It had a very strong smell compared to other foam mattresses we have had. I did sleep ok, but I needed a little more support. The mattress was very thin compared to my previous spring mattress with a pillow top.
I will say the customer service was exceptional with tracking and the return process. If you think you might like a Casper, give them a try.
