Gave me terrible neck pain and my back still hurts from it. I tried to get a refund but there were way too many steps and emails back and forth. If your product doesn't meet your customer's expectations you should take it back no questions asked and make it super easy to get a refund. This is especially true if your customers can't try your product in a retail store. I won't shop with any company that doesn't stand by the quality of their product especially when I causes someone physical pain.

It seems awfully flat. Not nearly as much height to it as it seemed.
