The pillow isn’t for me

The pillow isn’t for me personally. It’s too raised with all the inserts and it’s too flat without them. I wasn’t going to leave a review but the email to leave one keeps getting sent to me even though I unsubscribed every time I’ve gotten one. Super annoying.

Pillow does not hold support

Pillow does not hold support overnight. Would not recommend if you have neck and back pain and need support from your pillow this is not it Casper recommended it to me so I tried with no luck several nights

I have been sleeping on a Casper pillow for eight years now and the new one I just bought is very disappointing. It definitely is not as firm as my original one and my neck hurts and my hands go to sleep. Looking for a better pillow!
