Quality But Too Soft

I'm someone that needs some firmness to my pillow for comfort. Unfortunately, this pillow is way too soft. You will sink right into it laying your head down. I wish it had more structure. It's a high quality pillow, but won't help me. It'll go in the closet for a backup since I can't return it.

I loved this brand pillow at my son’s house, which prompted me to buy one also, but sadly mine isn’t good. It’s too high and slippery because of the polyester use I guess.

Unfortunately the pillow did not work for me. It was too plump with the inner pillow and too flat with inner pillow removed. I was able to give it to a person who was very happy to meet it.
