Flat and knots

it was very nice and soft when I first used it. I was told that it would last a long time but after using it for only a few weeks it loses it’s cushion and almost flattens and now it feels like knots on my face. Not as comfortable when I first purchased it. Too early to have excessive wear. I purchased 2 and it was a complete waste.
