[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow has this unique “pillow-in-a-pillow” design — the outer layer is soft and plush, but the inner core gives just enough support to keep my neck aligned. It somehow feels squishy and firm at the same time? It fluffs right back up after sleeping on it, and I haven’t had to constantly readjust it like with other pillows.
I’m a combination sleeper (side and back), and this has worked really well for both positions. I also used to wake up with neck pain, and that’s been almost non-existent since switching.
Only con: it runs a little cool, so if you like a warm pillow, it might not be for you. But if you run hot like me, that’s actually a bonus.

This is my favorite pillow! Second one I'm buying for my husband because he attempts to steal mine. The first purchase was about a year ago and it still fluffs up like brand new.

I don’t know what changed, but this is not the “original” pillow. The fill is harder than the original and caused neck pain for me. I took out the inside pillow and am using that to sleep.

This is my second Original

This is my second Original pillow. The first lasted more than 8 years before it fell apart in the wash. This one is significantly more firm than the last, and while I am adapting to it, the change was noticeable.
