i LOVE this pillow. I had such bad back and shoulder pain prior to purchasing. My shoulder is loads better, and my head is much better supported when I sleep!

it's the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. . . i have always slept on a really good feather pillow and never thought i would find a non feather pillow that would come close to it's comfort and softness. . . casper is even better then my feather pillow and hypoallergenic
