[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had trouble sleeping because of neck problems. I'm a week in using this pillow and only woke up last night with neck pain and headache, but it was following a very strenuous day, so I don't know if anything could have fixed that.

Awful, nothing like I expected :(

I hate this pillow. I really wanted to love it, it seemed like a good idea, fluffy outside, foamy inside, but the thing is huge, HUGE! It's like sleeping with my head on a mountain, which is just not a good position for anyones neck alignment. I tried it for a few nights and couldn't make it past 3 AM without my head and neck killing me. It is also extremely noisy, like sleeping and rolling over on giftwrap. I don't get all the good reviews, it's just terrible.
