I bought two of the original Casper pillows, one for myself and one for my husband. We’ve just had them a couple of months and find them to be super comfortable. Just enough support while still being able to scrunch and plump up the ends after rolling over. We are very happy with our purchase.

Either too firm or too soft

I bought a Casper full-sized original after trying your 'Nap' pillow. The nap pillow was perfect for me, a back, sometimes side, sleeper -- just enough support to keep my head and neck from turning over 45 degrees. It's just sooo small.

But moving up from the nap to the original size was a big mistake. The pillow-in-pillow idea is a gimmick. With both pillows in, this is a chiropractor's dream pillow. It creates a great forward head posture and is sure to make your neck scream. With one pillow it's just too weak; there's no side to side support for a back sleeper.
So, I have an idea for you. Make a standard-sized nap pillow. Mind-blowing, I know. You don't have to give me credit either ;) Until then, I'll be sleeping on 'Nap'olean -- my name for the nap pillow.

Overall exactly what I expected after doing my research. I was weary about the thickness of the pillow but the pillow does great in forming around the contours of the head and neck, and filling the gaps. This makes the thickness less intrusive. I had hopes of that the pillow would help my back pains, and while there has definitely been some improvement, it was not to the extent I had hoped. This is likely a reflection of my expectations more than that of the pillow itself. Have had the pillow for over a month now and it is still holding its form and sturdiness well. Overall a great buy!

My son loves his new pillows. We also received the nova hybrid mattress. Great product and great customer service. If you want soft pillows and have narrow shoulders these pillows will work fine. My son is small 5 foot 7 inches and 130lbs.
