This is the worst pillow I've ever used in my life. The good reviews are starting to seem like they're not legitimate. I've slept better with a decorative couch pillow and crappy hotel pillows than on a Casper Original Pillow. I sleep on my side and back. On your side, there is zero support, which is terrible for a side sleeper, and your head sinks into it so your face is smothered. On your back, the pillow is so tall that it cranks your neck down to your chest and it's ridiculously uncomfortable on your neck and shoulders and makes it hard to breathe. I don't know how anyone could possibly like this pillow unless they love being in pain. I've had the worst back and neck pain since I started using it. My sleep has been terrible. I've tried it for a few months and I can't take it any longer. I wanted to give it a good shot because I spent a lot of money on it, but I highly suggest that you DON'T waste your time, money or the health of your back and neck on the casper original pillow.

Great pillow, buy it!

This pillow is the one for me. I am primarily a side sleeper and sometimes a stomach sleeper. I like that this pillow is customizable, and it doesn’t go flat like down does. It’s also a nice, soft material and washable. Checks all the boxes for me. Thanks Casper!

The casper pillow win's hand down over other pillows that I have slept on. It give me a better neck support. I would tell anyone who is looking for a good pillow to try the Casper pillow. I am looking in the near future in purchasing your mattress.

I tried the whole pillow, too fat, the inside pillow, too fat still, the outside cover, too thin. No just right for me. Will save it for company.

Foam pillow - NOT for back sleepers

I was really excited to try out this pillow. I am a petite 5'2" and bought the standard size. I suffer from constant neck and shoulder pain and was looking for a pillow that hugs both my head and neck while I sleep. I love Casper and I really wanted to like this pillow but I have to say that I was not impressed. The pillow is very bouncy and I like the quality, but when I lie on my back, my head doesn't sink into the pillow enough for it to cradle my neck and head comfortably. Maybe my head isn't heavy enough or the memory foam is too bouncy/firm/supportive. I think the "bouncy" and "supportive" quality of this pillow make it a better choice for side-sleepers than back-sleepers, but when I lie on my side, I find this pillow to be a little too low. I feel like Casper wanted to make an ALL-IN-ONE type of pillow that satisfies everyone but as a result, satisfies none.
