Not supportive at all; don't buy if you're a side sleeper!

I bought this pillow because it was on a list of best pillows for side sleepers, but whoever wrote that article is crazy. If I wasn't a side sleeper, I would probably love it, I guess. It's very, very soft and cozy, but that's not what a side sleeper needs. This pillow is so soft that it sinks down as soon as your head touches it. Casper also makes a big deal about the gusset, but the gusset doesn't do much when the pillow is so soft that it immediately sinks down into nothing. I'd been waking up with a stiff neck from my old pillows, and now it's worse. I've been using this pillow for about two weeks now, and nearly every single day I wake up with a stiff neck and sore shoulders. I wanted to love this pillow so much and now I'm back at square one with no idea what pillow will actually do its job.

Bought one for myself and one for my husband. I sleep on my side, while he sleeps on his back. After years of searching for the "right" pillows we were both pleasently surprised that this pillow worked for both our sleeping styles. Been using these for 2 months now and no more sore necks, or tossing and turning. I would highly recommend.

The Original Casper Pillow is my favorite pillow, firm with plenty of support and soft at the same time. I love the extra padded envelope and it washes beautifully .The best pillow ever!!!!!!!!!

Love this pillow! Great support on my side or back and doesn’t get too warm when sleeping. Really comfortable. We have the mattress and the pillow is just as amazing. I sleep great.
