Too thick, but insert works just fine!

I bought two King Size pillows. It was too thick for me, so I'm just using the insert. Being too thick, I was getting lots of neck pain, but once I removed the insert and used that only, it was all good. My husband is loving it and has not been having same problems as me.

Was waking up with neck pain so I knew it was time to get a new pillow. Look at a bunch of different brand. I have several Tempurpedic pillows and there so freaking hot. This pillow got a lot of good reviews so I figured I’d give it a try. Love how it cradle my head! No more neck pain! 100% satisfied with it.

The pillow is just ok. For me I find that it’s too tall with the outer casing on it. So I use it without. But even with fluffing the pillow every night, the pillow loses its shape quickly.
