This is by far the best pillow I've ever owned. It is very soft, but also offers the perfect amount of support. Paired with our new Wave Hybrid, we're sleeping like babies every night!

Pillow that is noisy

High hopes but the pillow is very noisy. It rustles & crinkles. I am a side sleeper so it I'm not over-joyed with the noise. Took the pillow apart, then put it inside 2 flannel pillowcases to tamp down the noise. It's an improvement. But I sure was hopeful and hopes are all I have to show for this very expensive pillow.

I read a ton of reviews prior to purchasing this pillow and was super excited to receive this in the mail. However as soon as I took this out of the box and felt the pillow I knew that this pillow would not be suitable for me. As a side sleeper that needs a pillow that is more firm, this product does not fit my sleep requirements. It's very soft (your head will literally sink into the pillow) so I can see how this pillow suits many people. The product description is very misleading. It states that this pillow is great for all sleepers (including side sleepers) but I can assure you 100% that this is not great for side sleepers that need a more firm pillow. What a waste of my time purchasing this pillow. Now I'll have to package this up and send it back. Very disappointed by this purchase and would not recommend anyone to buy this product. Also, I question the legitimacy of all those great reviews for this product because I can't be the only one who really dislike this product.
