I really wanted to like this, but it has a few design flaws. It's not level, so my baby is always leaning towards one side. It's nerve racking and doesn't make me feel very confident using it. Also the legs aren't sturdy at all. I have a different halo bassinet that I like quite a bit. But this one seems like a cheaper version with a bad design.

very convenient

The flex bassinet is a wonderful help in the newborn period when your baby is eating frequently throughout the night. I like that the side rale can be pushed down for easy access to your little one. I like that it can slide over your bed – allowing your baby to sleep so close. It is, however, a bit bulky hanging over our Queen size bed. It also sways a little when pushed on - which makes me nervous. My engineer husband assured me it is structurally sound though haha. Overall, a great product!

Constant struggle

First receiving the product it was so difficult to assemble! Being 8 months pregnant, I did not have the strength to attach all the pieces together. Eventually I got it. My baby slept in it wonderfully for a while. My baby is now 2 months old and I noticed the unsupported side tends to be weighed down and my baby finds his face smashed against the mesh after a while. Also the fabric cannot be unattached which makes it hard to keep it clean. We just recently noticed some of his spit ups got under the mattress and wood board and has began to get moldy. These are spit ups from when he’s up against the mesh at night. I have tried to remove the wood board for easier access to sanitize and clean the fabric, that was unsuccessful. Aesthetically, nice looking product but not practical at all. Super disappointed with the quality and now I have to figure out where my baby will sleep at night that’s not moldy :(

Bassinet Tilts!
on April 24, 2023

I loved the idea of this bassinet and in theory it worked well for us until we realized that it isn't level. From the very beginning, our newborn slid to the edge with her face pressed against the mesh every single time she's in it. It no longer feels safe to use. Would not recommend.

Tilted!!

At first I loved this bassinet until I noticed baby was always smushed to the one side. She was unable to mow throughout the night and turn her had the other way due to the drastic tilt and unlevel sleeping surface giving her a flat spot on the one side. Do not recommend! This should be recalled!

Do NOT recommend!!!

This bassinet sits on an angle so baby struggles to turn his head both directions. Doctor actually recommended physical therapy from it. This bassinet made it so one side of my sons neck is tight. His head automatically falls to one side because of the drastic angle. Should be discontinued or recalled.

This doesn’t sit level

This bassinet is terrible, great idea and easy to assembly but the baby always rolls to the side. This thing does not sit level and the baby always is smushed into the side of the wall. There is a clear design flaw if you read any of the reviews on google they all say the same thing. This feels completely unsafe the reason it probably isn’t recalled is because the mesh the baby can still breathe. Absolutely a waste of money.
