Complicated to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally (after waiting over 10 months) received my unit. Now, I spend my time trying to figure out the proper way to use it. There is no specific instructions for my unit online or in print. The information it came with was incredibly basic for such a unit that has so many options. If there are in-depth instructions, please follow up. I would love to know how to fully utilize this unit.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Hard To Use

Touch screen goes bad within 2 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within less than 2 months of use the touchscreen began not responding. The Combination oven took over a year to come in. After the technician came a ordered the part we were informed that the parts are on back order. One of the parts will take about 2 months and the second has no date in the near future.

Cons: Unstable

First I had a failure and error code on installation
Do not like the scrolling required to enter the times
The cool down fans run to long after using the oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this oven from Whirlpool in July 2022 as a replacement for an old Jenn Air oven. We didn’t receive and get the new oven installed until March 2023. We’re enjoying the nice features of both the microwave and electric ovens. So glad to have my new combo oven! It’s very classy with a light up display panel that provides cooking instructions! Both ovens cook well. One drawback was that there were no user instructions! I had to find and download them. An expensive oven like this should have included a user manual.

Beautiful and quality materials

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven back in April and it finally arrived in July and was installed August 10. Overall it is easy to use and has a luxurious appearance. The oven and racks are easy to clean. The controls for the Microwave and the Oven are intuitive and work perfectly. I have two complaints: 1. the light in the microwave is so dim I can barely see the food and container while cooking. This may not seem like a big deal, but when I make oatmeal, for example, I need to watch it to make sure it doesn't boil over. Same issue with boiling water and soups. 2. I cannot believe that Jenn Air no longer provides a broiler pan. It may not seem like a big deal, but when I replaced my old oven with this new deluxe model, I threw away the old, used broiler pan, never imagining that a broiler pan would not be included. Come on Jenn Air.
