Great product which fits our space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this combo unit because it was the only unit that fit into the space occupied by our original Dacor wall oven, which suffered a fatal event. We didn't need a new microwave, but it was part of the package. We liked the brushed aluminum exterior, which fit our decor. Both the micro and the wall oven are technically superior to our old appliances. They are modern, easy to use, and look great. We are happy with the purchase.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Compact, Quality Construction

Good looking unit - easy to operate - seems to wor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this with a Steam Oven to complete the stack. This unit installed easily and is simple to use. That said, not in love with Microwave controls (need to scroll through numbers for cook time rather than a keyboard) - otherwise it works well - Quiet/Solid.
The Steam oven came with a trim kit - impossible instructions for that and JennAir support has been useless. If the oven has a problem, I fear the support calls.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
