Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this wall oven as part of a large appliance package on a new home construction purchase. The wall oven randomly loses power 2-3 times a day with an error code F6E0: UI Lost Contact. The wall oven also has a hard time connecting into the app saying it was unable to connect then suddenly it appears in the app.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a 10 year old JennAir oven. For starters, it is beautiful with very high quality in terms of the fit, finish and the racks. The electronics are very easy to use and very functional. My microwave/convection oven is also JennAir as is my refrigerator so it goes well in my gourmet kitchen.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use

Major defect and takes over a month to fix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this oven with my new home build. After a few months of light use, woke up in the morning to the oven beeping non stop, displaying some fatal error code with the touch screen. Called the warranty department, they said a technician would have to come out to fix it and it would be a few weeks as that was their soonest availablilty. Technician finally came out, only to say within 2 seconds that he needs a part in order to fix it, and it will be a few more weeks until the part comes in so we can swap it out. The part is the entire control board. Here's just another testimate of a great, revered luxury brand, going to shi now that it is part of some big corporation that maximizes profits over quality by manufacturing cheap garbage overseas. even when the technician was taking this apart, and you see behind the skin of these appliances, its all super basic and cheap looking.
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Unstable, Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
