Preheat Thermostat does NOT work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we preheat the oven, the preheat thermostat says the oven is preheated but it is NOT at the cooking temperature. This is a terrible design and our baked goods never cook correctly. Would never recommend this oven.
Cons: Unstable, Hard To Use

Beautiful big oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this new double oven for a kitchen remodel in December 2021 and it finally arrived in the spring of 2023! Although a long time coming, it was worth the wait as it is beautiful, responsive and large. The control pad is so very easy to use, the racks are amazingly heavy duty and the interior lighting is a dream. We purchased a JennAir brand oven in part because of the looks, size and features, but also because the oven it replaced was also a JennAir double oven that was a real workhorse for 23 long years! When the control pad finally broke, we decided that the oven was too old to spend money on an expensive repair. Plus, it was only a 27" and we really wanted a 30". Due to our experience with JennAir dependability, the quality, easy-to-use features and sleek good looks, we decided JennAir was the only brand for us.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Quality Construction
