[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only 2 weeks since installation - still figuring out all the features. No owner’s manual supplied and “demo mode” covers only basic functionality so owner must learn with experimentation (and remember how you did that months later). Basic functions are mostly intuitive but until I actually use the probe, for example, I won’t have answers to many of my questions. Love, love, love the larger interior capacity (replaced 30 year old JennAir wall double ovens which had smaller interiors), the bright interior lighting, the glide-out racks, the rapid pre-heat and the quiet operation. Much improved over my old ovens. So far have baked cookies and used the “proof” setting to dehydrate bell peppers and tomatoes from my garden - looking forward to roasting a whole turkey next month and hoping the oven will automatically lower the oven temperature when the probe reaches the designated internal temperature (leg or breast?). Overall, it’s a beauty and quite impressive. Time will tell, however.
My only disappointment was the extensive time required from placing my order to delivery - one year!!! Must have patience and determinaton.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a Jenn Air 27” Noir Double oven back in January 2023. Dealer said they would not receive the delivery from Jenn Air until October at the earliest!
I did extensive research on the web to replace my 45 year old 27” Double Oven. Discovered very few brands are manufacturing models in the 27” size.
While other brands were more readily available, I opted for Jenn Air brand because of their premium reputation, features, design, and my personal experience with other Jenn Air products.
I love the touch screen controls. So easy to use, AND I don’t need my reading glasses to use.
Oven interior is larger than my prior model. Love the these easy glide racks. Three per oven. Lowest rack with ball bearing glides. Feels like premium quality. Convection Oven feature is a quality update. You can select convection cooking and oven can convert old recipes to convection cooking.
This model fits my existing cabinet, and blends nicely with my other built in appliances.
Great unit, and worth the wait.
