Great protection !

This pelican case is quite durable , would recommend for anybody that works outside or in rough conditions . They have a very good warranty. My only problem was the on off switch on side that broke off that may be a problem . But they sent me a new case with in three days of my reporting it very easy company to do business with . Unlike Whirlpool !

Holster breaks too often

The phone case is great but the belt/clip holster is poorly made. The circular clip/pin that holds it together is made of plastic and is the failure point every time that breaks.

Dad with up to date phone and style

I love the case. I have fingers made of butter so I am constantly dropping my phone. The Dad clip is a trend that my wife makes fun of but can not deny it’s functionality and usefulness.

The Kevlar case appears to

The Kevlar case appears to have done a sufficient job of protecting my phone when it has dropped but the holster connection to the belt clip is very weak and has broken twice within weeks of the initial use. So far I was aware when it broke and my phone fell off the clip but if it would have happened in the other situations I would probably lose my phone. I have used an Otter case with all my previous phones and the holster quality has been much better. I have other Pelican products that have performed well but this phone case has been very disappointing.

The holster broke after only a few days. Got a free replacement after filing a claim. I was more careful but still broke after about a week or so. Went and bought a different brand.

Been getting this style Pelican Shield 2 piece case for years and it is a very durable case, and has been great at protecting my phone. I hope that they will continue to make this specific style case, OR bring it back for the future iPhones because I am definitely not a fan of the new re-designed Pelican Shield case (the one for the iPhone 15) looks like a re-designed Protector Case or Voyager Case. When you think of Pelican cases you think of the heavy duty snaps just like the ones for the rifle and camera cases and when you got rid of the two piece Shield Case for the iPhone 15 I will no longer purchase these for my phone until you bring that style back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only problem I have is the weak link between phone holder and the belt clip.
If you could provide the button clip that holds the two together you could save a lot of warranty issues. Each time I had one break you always stand by your product with a replacement.
