Purchased this bike during the BF sale for my wife and she loves it. Ours arrived without any damage and the assembly was an easy 30min. Tensioning the brakes was the trickiest part, but not too difficult. I also oiled the chain and used locktite on everything except the wheel bolts to make sure everything stays in place. The extra accessories are a huge plus and we will definitely use the rack, cup holder and bag during summer beach trips. She has put about 100miles on it so far, mostly on flat trails with a few smaller hills. The motor is plenty powerful and she is able to do 18mph on a flat while lightly peddling in the lowest setting. She made it 52 miles on the first full battery charge using mostly level 1 peddle assist, which was plenty of power for everything besides the longer inclines. The full throttle mode is nice to have and the higher peddle assist modes are great for those who don't want much exercise. Two things to note about this for perspective buyers: 1) The motor DOES NOT WORK ON STEEP HILLS, you will need to get off an walk the full 75lb frame uphill. I tested this on a hill across the street and no matter what combo of settings and peddling I tried, the motor shuts off. Hitting the hill at full speed and then peddling like crazy and dropping gears quickly worked the best, but I only made it halfway up before the motor cut out. This is not an issue with speed. The motor will stop working even if you're above 5mph as soon as it is put under increased load. This is obviously disappointing, but not a deal breaker for us as it will mostly be used on smaller hills. 2) Brakes struggle to stop the bike on a steep hill, START BRAKING EARLY and do not wait until the bottom. I set the brake tension as tight as possible without having them rub while spinning the wheel freely. First time down a steep hill I coasted most of the way and hit the brakes for the bottom 1/3. I had both brakes pulled down as hard as I could and the bike was slowing but not stopping. I had to run through a stop sign at the bottom before the bike finally started to slow down on the flat. This isn't a defect or an issue with the brakes, the bike just weighs 75lbs and adding a 200+ rider on a steep hill is too much for any disc brakes. Overall it's an excellent bike for the money. Especially at the sale price. I would recommend this to anyone who isn't planning on doing a lot of steep hill riding.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm using this bike about a month but just hit the 35 miles. Build quality is not great. One of the rear rack screw came damaged. Brakes aren't great it squeaks after braking. Really liked the color though.
