Bike was easy to put together but the front disc rubs against the brake pad due to the mount being misaligned. Took it to 2 bike shops and both said the same and couldn't fix it.
If you get a good piece, you'll be ok. If there's something wrong with the bike, good luck getting help from support. Buy at your own risk.

Perfect Commuter Electric Bike!

This bike is just perfect! I use it to commute to and from my high school. Not only does it look great, but I get home significantly quicker than with a traditional bike - and am not tired at all! The bike is easy to operate, is comfortable and took no time at all to set up. 5 Stars!

This falls under u get what u pay for... my bike was easy to assembly BUT front forks are bent so that i couldn't get the front wheel to align properly. I took it to a bike shop and they were able to help by removing the retaining clips but the front brack still rubs

good bike after exchange and some fixes

I actually really like the bike, and really loved the price. The first bike that arrived had a really badly bent front fork. After talking with customer service and a few back and forth, they sent a shipping label back, and sent me a new bike.
The second bike was easy to put together, but the rear inner tube had a rip, and the rear brakes needed alignment. So after replacing the inner tube, and after some youtube videos on how to align the breaks, I can FINALLY ride my daughter around in her little trailer.
My bike has a throttle (didn't mention on the site). I can activate it while the bike is moving, so I just give it a nice push off and engage the throttle to get me going. the speedometer has a plus and minus button for gears(?) its 1,2 and 3. Three being the fastest. So with the bike on 3, throttle on, and me peddling, I can hit 20mph pretty easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible Service

I recently got this bike and it came "preinstalled" with the ERR 30. Called up support and they asked me to email the support email with the details. Not a person has responded back in 3 days. Please do not order from this site, support is non existent

Great Bike - Fun to Ride !!

Owned bike for 1.5 months. So far so good. Bike is well built. The electric assist works flawlessly so far. Assembly was painless. All parts were included. The bike is comfortable, seat and hand grips. The placement of the speedometer and e-control is "on spot", easy to access with hands securely on handlebar. Bike has good stopping capabilities. Battery life so far is exceptional. Charging time is reasonable.
Did have a small glitch with one of the innertubes but customer service took care of it immediately. They were courteous and professional. Lastly, the bike has a 2 year warranty. Piece of mind with Huffy backing their product with great warranty and customer service.
