[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i BOUGHT IY 8 MONTHS AGO FINALLY DELIVERED LAST MONTH, HAD A FEW COMPLICATIONS. OVENS DID NOT WORK FOUND OUT WHEN PUTTING IT TOGETHER THEY NEVER CONECTED THE OVENS, THE BURNERES WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND FINALLY YOUR ENGINEER SAID TO SAND THE OUTPUT OF THE GAS. IS A VERY EXPENSIVE RANGE MORE CARE SHOULD BE PLACED IT IS SILLY TO SAY "SAND THE OUTPUT"

Cons: Flimsy Construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our previous Icon microwave for nearly 20 years and loved it. When it died, the Jennie was the only one that had the same features and would fit in the space. It must be underpowered because the suggested cooking times on items we buy are not enough I also do not like the scroll option for entering times. The instructions say that I can change to direct digital input but that does not work
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Hard To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave oven in 2020. It is lovely and has very nice features. However, its reliability has been very poor. It broke down 4 times since 2020, and we just had to replace it with a new one (in 2025) because it was unrepairable. Very disappointed for such a high-end (and very costly) appliance.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Unstable, Leaks
