Microwave convection oven combination

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had problems with the original oven, and the warranty was just barely over, but Jenn Air took care of everything and gave us a new oven with labor included to install and remove the old one. Very good, customer service. I would recommend Jenn-Air to all my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is very nice and it serves the purpose well. However, the designer elected for a rolling cook time setter. It's a nightmare. Instead of simply pressing numbers you must spin a digital wheel and see where it lands. Then, attempt to spin up or down depending upon the luck of the spin. There is a keypad for the timer just not the cook time. It is REALLY INCONVIENT !
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Cons: Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
