Don’t care for it very hard to clean, Pot doesn’t fit in dishwasher. Also it doesn’t keep the coffee hot more like Luke warm. I am sorry I purchased it.

The coffee grinder and brewer work well. I really like the ability to either grind beans or use pre-ground coffee. I have a separate burr grinder that I used to grind beans before getting this combination and this works just as well. The thermal carafe has a design issue - it is very difficult to get the last cup of coffee out.

Replacing our old Cuisinart Coffeemaker we’ve had for the past 13 years; an easy enough transition. Using it like our old unit, everything seems to be working as expected. It’s unclear to me how the strength setting is changing anything from pot to pot (this is specifically why I rated it 4/5). We have resorted to only filling the hopper with that pot’s beans as even at its weakest setting it’s generating far more grounds (using more beans) than we did using our old Maker. Kinda defeats the purpose of the hopper rather than refilling the individual pot required on our old unit. The unit is also slightly taller than our old unit, so it just barely fits on the counter under the cupboards. There is no extra room to place it on a tray to catch any overflow should someone forget to fully empty the last pot from the carafe before brewing a new pot.

Bean to Cup! No Fuss

If you love coffee, especially straight from bean, this machine delivers. It merges the convenience of an automated drip brewer with many of the benefits of a more artisanal grinder setup. For anyone who wants better flavor this is the coffee maker for you

We acquired this model to replace a much older model from Cuisinart that had developed a leak. We like the burr grind, and the controls are much better than the older model. It did take some tweaking to get the settings to be where we liked the results. The one piece basket is OK but somewhat awkward to place in the dishwasher. The biggest complaint with this product, and the reason for my rating, is the carafe. It sprays, leaks, dribbles, etc., whenever you pour out the coffee. There is always a mess when we pour a cup. We have started to remove the lid every time we pour so we don't end up with a mess.
We managed to put a man on the moon---can we design a carafe that can pour out its contents only into the intended vessel?????
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Junk. Failed after using 2 times

Absolute junk. We brewed coffee twice and the next time the controls would not work correctly. We could not change the number of cups or we kept getting a empty error regardless of what we did. We are returning this junk and will buy a different brand.
