I received this Burr, Grind and Brew coffee maker as a replacement for one that I had and loved for 7 years but it quit being able to pull the water through. The first replacement would not keep time. It gained about 5 minutes a week which eventually really messed up my morning brew time. Cuisinart sent me a new one but the clock still is not right. This one gains about 3 minutes a week. I’ve decided to just reset the clock every couple of weeks. Otherwise the coffee is delicious and hot. I do wish they had left the carafe as a 12 cup and not decreased it to 10 cups.

Favorite Coffee Maker! Wanted a 12 cup with a stainless steel carafe, but settled for this again. My last 10 cup stainless steel carafe lasted 2 years? I would have thought the quality would have been better from cuisinart?

Nice coffee maker for the price. I have previously owned a Cuisinart grind and brew coffee maker and was happy with it. I also own a Breville grind and brew coffee maker. The Breville seemed more sturdy and higher quality, but it was about $100 more. The Cuisinart works great and makes awesome coffee. I am happy with it for the price. It’s just not quite as hefty as I remembered their previous coffee maker to be. I would buy again though.

Received this as a replacement for 12 cup machine that only lasted 2 1/2 months. This one seem to be working OK so far is why I only rated it with three stars. Only had it for a couple of months.

A few years ago, we switched from a regular coffee maker to cold brew coffee. With regular brew, coffee was too bitter. Unfortunately, cold brew, coffee lacks the richness of coffee that is brewed with boiling water. The next thing I wanted to try, was brewing coffee using beans that I ground myself. The problem was that the coffee grinders were difficult to clean, and not worth the trouble. I came across the Cuisinart coffee maker, and it seemed like the perfect answer. This coffee maker can brew either ground coffee or whole beans. It’s easy to clean and take care of. Now that I am making coffee with beans that I grind myself, the flavor is much more rich and intense. With this coffee maker, all you have to do is fill the hopper with whole beans, put water in the reservoir, and hit the button. I now feel like I am getting the full, rich flavor of coffee. I love my new Cuisinart coffee maker.

We bought this for the grind and brew feature, and automatic programming. The problem is that the coffee is light with the strongest setting, which creates a problem. So we end up having to grind extra and brew rather than use the programming feature.
Coffee gets cold relatively quickly, but generally acceptable.
Easy to clean. Could have a few more buttons to make it more intuitive rather than figuring it out. Overall, for the price it should be a bit more refined.
