I'll go with a 5 star because the coffee coming out of this machine is fantastic. The pot is easy to use and maintain as well. The only complaint I have is the mess the coffee pot makes every time you pour a cup. You would think the engineers could design a coffee pot that could pour without dribbling all over the place. It is a problem.

Good overall. Doesn’t keep coffee as warm as previous model and doesn’t release enough beans for our liking so coffee isn’t as strong as we like it. But overall it’s very convenient and great to have fresh ground and brewed coffee!

I've really enjoyed the Burr Grind and Brew auto coffee maker. Everything works as expected.
There are two things I wish it would do.
1. Error message for why it won't start. For example, if there's no water in the tank or the grinds haven't been emptied, it should let me know why it won't start.
2. I'd really like the ability to remove the water tank. Filling a pitcher and pouring water in the tank can be a little awkward.
