The coffee doesn’t taste as strong as the previous Cuisinart grind and brew that I had for about 13yrs but otherwise is a nice machine.

This is our second grind and brew. It is a great coffee maker. The new one does not allow us to mix grounds and beans as we did with our old one. The new feature that tells you to empty grounds prevents you from putting ground coffee in the basket and then grinding the remainder. We do like the new feature that allows the hopper to be filled and the machine grinds only what you select.

I am very disappointed in this product! First the grinder does not grind enough coffee for the cups requested to brew. I like to taste my coffee and have kept the strength indicator on strong without a coffee taste at all. I needed to add ground coffee to the basket before grinding with my coffee maker to get a coffee taste and the coffee always needed to be heated up as it is only warm. I have purchased a burr mill grinder and grind my own beans and brew with grind off. Cuisinart has always been a top notch product but this one certainly does not represent the name!!! This is my second Cuisinart Grind and Brew..the first one the grinder stopped working before the warranty was up so happily I was shipped a replacement (the one I have now) but this will be the last one I purchase:(

This brew and grind 10-cup coffee pot it's much easier to clean up than the old 12 cup 900 series. I've had the 900 for six or seven years and it's was a pain to clean. This one clean up is extremely easy. Two things I do not like one it doesn't make strong enough coffee I have to add some ground coffee each time. Also when you pour water in the tank water leaks out of a little vent in the back.

Good cup of coffee. This is our 3rd one for the Grind & Brew. This one is the quietest one yet. Not happy that it does not make 12 cups. There seems to be a flaw with the seal inside the lid. It leaks from the sides of the spout when pouring and makes a mess. We have to pour it over the sink. The rubber (grommet) seal inside the lid seems to be too thin and the lid does not tighten. Maybe this is a defect and you can send me a better rubber seal. Other than that flaw, I hope to get at least 5 years, as I have with each of my previous other two ones.

I think this is a great product that does exactly what it is advertised to do. I only wish it had a bigger coffee bean hopper so I did not need to fill it up as often. Definitely recommend buying it.
