Fantastic!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow blown away at how awesome this maker is. Super easy to use, fill water and hopper, put filter in basket, choose your strength of brew and number of cups. It beeps when done and automatically turns to warm. No mess to clean except for empty basket. The thermal pot is the best I've ever had, 6hrs later and it was still hot! I'm in love with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Carafe does NOT pour remotely properly regardless

I loved my other 10 (12?) c burr-n-grind coffeemaker and liked the idea that there was a metal carafe which would keep coffee warmer in case there are others using it. But it has been massively shocking that the carafe never pours properly (the slot seems to be mysteriously blocked so that I have to remove its lid and then it does not guide the coffee properly through its mouth. That’s a huge disappointment every time I use my newer one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frustrated coffee drinker!

I was excited about my new coffee machine but alas ! it’s been a struggle between us to get it to work. It’s hit and miss! I guess it’s all in how I hold my tongue when I’m trying to set it. I miss my older version!

Works well but annoying beeping

Works well, saves time grinding coffee. Taking off 2 stars because of REALLY annoying feature - if you turn it on before emptying out the filter it will beep at you over and over, even if you turn it off, even if you unplug it and then plug it back in. This is the kind of thing that makes you want to throw a perfectly good machine straight into the trash.

I got this coffee maker to upgrsde our current maker. I really wanted something with a built in grinder to eliminate the need to grind my own beans. The machine itself seemed nice and well built, but I found the operation and set up a bit clunky and cumbersome. The grinder is also REALLY LOUD. Like really loud! It kind of defeated the purpose for the way we use our machine. Ended up returning and buying something else.

I've had the original burr and grind pot for years. It finally gave out and I replaced it with the new model. I am very happy with it. It is easier to use and clean than the earlier model, and I love the thermal pot. I wish it were a 12 cup rather than 10 but that is my only small complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to use this coffee maker for a couple weeks before giving feedback on it as I am very particular with how well coffee grinders in particular generally perform. I am happy to say I am very impressed with the quality of this machine! I often notice coffee grinders tend to get “staticky” and difficult to clean out but this one is easy to keep clean and have had no issues. I love that it can work with already ground coffee or grind up the beans fresh. The coffee pot keeps your coffee hot for hours and has an auto shut off function so you don’t need to worry about leaving the house wondering if you forgot to turn the coffee pot off!
