We have had Cuisinsrt coffee machines for last 30 years and this is the best ever. While grinding noise is still noticeable it is much quieter than previous model. The design is much improved with one piece filter holder and lid. The best improvement is in the cleaning, no more taking off parts and lifting lid and brushing. Give the team that designed this a raise! The only reason this is not 5 stars is the carafe. It’s impossible to pour a cup of coffee and not spill all over. I’ve never seen such a poorly designed piece paired with something otherwise exceptional. Fire the folks that designed the carafe as they are obviously tea drinkers. There should be a recall on the carafe and a replacement! Even the older version carafe was much better and it was not great either (wish I had kept it). All in all though we are very pleased, just keep a wipe handy as you pour.

I replaced a Breville coffee maker which was awlful with this coffee maker. It does a great job, prefect everytime. But the clock gains time at less a minute per dado I have to reset it often.

Great replacement for 8 year old machine. Have to watch hopper with Oily beans. Programmable feature is better but hopper must be cleaned out more frequently

I love this coffeemaker except for when you pour, the canister always drips, just annoying. We usually make 8 cups and use a filter instead of provided basket, but we still have a small amount of grinds in the bottom. Other than those 2 complaints we enjoy our coffeemaker very much!

We have truly enjoyed this coffee maker but.......the grinder is a bit loud and to pour with the cover on the stainless steel carafe gets your coffee to spill everywhere!! No fun! But we are making it work by taking cover off when pouring!
