had it for less than a month. This morning is stopped brewing halfway through the water that was in the resevoir. Took an hours worth of trouble shooting to and still no idea why it stopped brewing only half done with the water. It did this one other time but I had put pre-ground beans in and it wasn't as hard to restart that time. None-the-less, it has proven itself it be a problematic machine and will be returned.

The instruction manual doesn’t go into enough detail about programming the coffee maker, i.e., setting clock, program time, and the strength setting. The steps are not intuitive and it took several days before I had it setup correctly. Also the carafe drips when pouring the coffee. I’ve tried holding it at different angles with no luck. Since I drink my coffee in bed I must keep a towel on my lap to keep it from dripping on my bed sheets. The coffee quality is good but I’m giving it a 3-star review based on the difficult programming and the drippy carafe.

Like everything except the carafe! Coffee dribbles out and splashes. Also, because of the interior shape, it is very difficult to completely empty carafe leaving at least a half cup of coffee which necessitates tipping the carafe completely upside down causing further dribbling and splashing.

There is definitely a problem with the clock in all of the coffeemakers of this brand we have goon through several with two different models. I need to notify them again same problem with clock losing time day after day, makes it impossible to have your coffee ready for you at the correct time.
