[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my oven five times, and it got cancelled each time. First order was placed on June 2, 2022; the fifth order finally arrived in January 2023. Not happy that the price had increased by 50% but the oven is beautiful, and worth the increased price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So nice to have an oven again, This oven replaced a Whirlpool oven that was installed in 1983! Hope this one lasts as long!
I bought this because it was supposed to be the update to my 2009 version but it doesn't come close to the quality. The interior is horrible with cheap racks which do not accommodate my cookie sheets. Too narrow plus the rakes are now flat across but have a shape to them. Plus instead of molded walls the oven has rack shelves slides which are cheap and in effective. In fact the racks are thin, light weight and cheap. The display is not back light even when the oven is on so you can't really see the home, cancel, start touch points. Only the date,/time screen is illuminated. It doesn't tell you how long or when it reaches the desired temperature. It makes banging sounds as it heats in the regular mode, not convection. I can't stand this oven. I paid over 2k for it and feel cheated. Buy another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our 30 year old Whirlpool oven (yes, 30 years!) with this model. Since the other one lasted so long, it was a no brainer to stay with the Whirlpool brand. So far it has not disappointed. Great features including convection cooking and Wi-Fi capability. Haven’t tried the Wi-Fi option yet, but would be convenient to put a casserole in the oven before leaving for work and turning on the oven wirelessly while on the way home. Dinner would be ready when you get home! Easy set up and intuitive controls. Couldn’t be happier. Hope it lasts as long as our other one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago to replace a whirlpool 24”built in oven . I like many of the features , such as convection option ; however it’s smaller than my other oven, my larger cookie sheets don’t fit . It took a lot of reading to understand the controls and I’m still working on some. I have no need for the WiFi . Overall it’s a good oven , I’m happy with it , it fits the space , except it’s about an inch shorter than the other, so have to find trim to cover the opening I’ve been happy with Whirlpool appliances and sure this one has more useful options once I learn to use them
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i bought this it took a while for it to come in. the installers were great. I've only had it 13 days so far. it's nice. I'm having to learn about i, since my last one was 20 years old. The only thing i don't like is the timer's sound is so low, I can't hear it in a busy kitchen..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven and had it arrive, finally, in January. Looks pretty but doesn't bake like my old one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the temperature settings are off. It takes almost an hour to preheat to 350 and then as soon as I place something in the oven, the temp goes down to 300 and stays there! Second, the racks are configured so that you cannot get a large cookie sheet in--which was not the case in my old 24" Whirlpool oven. Hope the thermostat can be fixed because I don't appreciate anticipating cooking something hours in advance!
