I bought the Lens Protector

I bought the Lens Protector for my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and today as I was holding the phone in my hand, I noticed that I had cut my finger on a piece of glass where the lens protector has shattered for some reason. The rest of the phone has no broken glass or any other problem with my Case Mate cover - just this Lens Protector. So I don't know why.

I bought lens protector and it cracked after 4 days. Company will not replace. They say I need a photo/video for the warranty. Total crap. Beware.

Just put it on, easy but, instructions at #5… states… “remove cover film”, there is no cover film. (After I spent five minutes trying to peel off something that isn’t there!) As well, the blue piece of paper. What’s that for? (Now I know going onto the company website and “chatting” with your bot, saw the short video). Hope my screen doesn’t have any lint on it after cleaning , then installing the “protector”.
