Love it, but the crystals

Love it, but the crystals and the balls on the back fell off within a month… they did replace, but looks like it’s happening again. 1st time having an issue with their cases.

Really Expensive for the low quality

This was my 3rd case-mate and the first two were perfect! But this one is horrible! The most expensive one and ruined so fast! This is how it looked after 6 months. It only lasted perfectly 1week. After that the beads started to come out. New she’s beautiful! But with time it turned out really ugly. If it wasn’t me buying it I would doubt and said it was a cheap case. I was very disappointed with this purchase and now I'm even afraid to buy again here :disappointed:

Hello there! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, even created an account for my mother as well as my sister and both of them are also loyal customer for several years now. This is the first time I’m so disappointed with your product. For every year’s new iPhone you always have the “Brilliance” with real Swarovski Crystal with a beautiful design (the same every year). This year was very disappointing to ask for the product we always buy and get this simple normal crystal case; luckily my mom and sister were expecting to see mine to order theirs. Is the first time in years I’m totally disappointed.

2nd Replacement, beads and stones falling off

Beautiful case, but within a couple of weeks the beads and stones started falling off, got a replacement hoping it was just a "lemon" but the second one is doing the exact same thing, but worse. Such a shame because it is a beautiful sparkly case.
