Pretty but won’t charge

This case is stunning. However the main reason for purchase was for wireless charging overnight and in this regard it is a big disappointment. Without the case my phone charges in a couple hours. With the case I feel the magnets connect however within a couple minutes the charge indicator goes out. I Have had the case for a week and in that time it has never allowed my phone to reach full charge overnight. I have had to go back to taking my phone out of the case in order to charge wirelessly. If you want a case that is pretty and durable and don’t mind removing it daily for cordless charging then this is a good, but high priced, option.

This product is very beautiful. But 10 foot drop protection is not. My daughter is 5 foot tall and dropped her brand new phone and the back of the phone shattered. Not happy what’s the point of the case if it doesn’t do what it says.
