I had to contact Customer Service because the delivered product was labeled ‘Twinkle’ but I ordered ‘Twinkle Ombre’ so I didn’t know if I received what I ordered. I would suggest that your branding become consistent, eg the product label is the same as the website label.

Wireless Charge Pad issue

I have just bought this case and have a universal compatible Qi charge pad that works with all my other cases BUT this one- very frustrating when it clearly shows on the website that it it is compatible. This needs to be addressed or clearly stated on the website.

Button stick out too much

The case is pretty and sturdy but the buttons are too thick. When trying to use the right side of my phone (with my right hand) the button gets hit too easily which turns off the screen while I am trying to use my phone.

The buttons click just as well as a naked iPhone, if not better (as hard as that is to believe)! Just the right thickness to offer drop protection without feeling bulky, and just the right amount of sparkle to enhance your phone’s base color without detracting from it or looking gaudy.

Love casemate cases but…

I had a casemate for my iPhone 11 now my 13 but the buttons for the up &down volume pop out from time to time.
Say when I remove the case to clean it or switch cases they just fly out lucky they pop back in but I think this could be fixed . Besides that factor lovely case !!
