Yellowed and lost shape within 6 months. Do not trust to protect my phone anymore as now doesn’t fit securely round the corners.

My hostel popped within three

My hostel popped within three weeks of purchase I sent it in for a new one and you guys sent me this clear thing that I don’t mean the case for the iPhone 13 I need the holster and I’m not a satisfied customer can you please make this right

My original Tough Clear- IPhone 13 Pro Max case warped and was too loose to adequately protect my phone. Case Mate honored my warranty. I just had to pay shipping costs.

Misleading stock photos, case is uneven

I have always used clear Casemate cases for my iPhones, so when I ordered my iPhone 13 Pro Max I also ordered this clear tough case. What I received is a clear case that has 3 raised corners (almost like table legs), but nothing on the corner where the camera is. This results in the camera case not sitting level on a flat surface, which is incredibly annoying. The stock photos do not show these raised edges.
I am rating this product as one star because of the uneven case and the misrepresentation of the stock photos Casemate used for this item. I would not have purchased this model if the “table legs” were clearly shown.
