This PC is amazing!! It absolutely exceeds all of my expectations. I especially love that they included a (really nice!!) light-up keyboard and mouse. It goes perfectly with the multi-colored lighting effects of the PC. The whole set up looks really cool together. My teenage son approves! ;) Overall, I'm thrilled with this purchase. Highly recommend!!!

First gaming PC I've ever owned but so far the performance is fantastic, anything I run on it can be played on max graphics settings and at above 60 frames per second. The RGB system is really cool to look at and the ease of access into the internals makes it so any issue can be fixed if you know what you are doing. This product is fantastic and worth the price.

Just received this build and it has been amazing so far! Great deal on what you are getting with it. Whoever put it together did an awesome job with cable management and making sure everything looked perfect. Only problem I have noticed are the LED fan lights slightly flickering every so often, not terrible enough for it to be a problem.

I've had my pc almost a year in December I have not had any major issues. I had an issue with the head phone jack but I fixed it. I do wish the set up instructions and the set up for the rgb light were a little easier but other then that I haven't had any issue. Also I got it when it was cheaper then it is now so that is a plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this rig on sale and almost couldn’t believe the value for money. Super happy with it, have had no issues. Also pleased with that it came with very few things installed. I hate buying a new computer and needing to remove all the bloatware.
The build quality is great. I have no complaints!

I've been building PCs since 1992. I've only purchased 1 other pre-built PC (an Alienware R7 in 2017) in all those decades. I was apprehensive about Skytech primarily because they don't list full specs (or components) for their pre-builts. The good news is that I am overall happy with what was delivered. I received an MSI B650-P mobo, a Zotac 4070 Amp Airo GPU, Oloy RAM, an MSI Spatium NVMe drive. The Chronos case seems decent with my only complaint being it lacks empty bays for additional SSDs. That said, I was easily able to add 2 SSDs to my rig without issue. The Windows 11 Home install was fine and there was no bloatware at all. Here are my complaints: I had an issue with some of my fans running full-speed that I couldn't fix without digging into (the horrible MSI) BIOS. I do wish that had been set up correctly before shipping. I've got some gripes about the MSI mobo--it literally takes at least 2:30 to boot (it sometimes can take 5 minutes). After much research, this seems to be an MSI issue and not Skytech. I don't like it, but I can live with it. I grabbed my Chronos II with a Black Friday discount and I absolutely couldn't have built this rig myself for the price I paid (I checked PC Parts Picker a number of times).
I ordered directly from Skytech and not a retailer and the experience was good. I got a bit nervous when it wasn't immediately shipped but they did ship it within the promised time, it was packed EXTREMELY well, and arrived in seemingly perfect condition. If I decide to buy a pre-built again I'll definitely look at Skytech. They put together a solid build and sold it at a fair price and their systems allow for future upgrades (unlike my Alienware).
