My husband uses this travel mug every day. He especially likes it for work so his coffee does not get cold when he gets busy and doesn't have time to drink it right away. He raves about it!

Being that I am a pretty clumsy person, this travel mug is perfect for me! I have been looking for one that is spill proof and leak proof for quite some time and finally came across this! But then to hear that they keep the beverages hot/cold for longer was great! I bought one for myself and my boyfriend and we both have tested them out and we couldn't be more pleased! It is everything we needed and more! I went ahead and bought one for my mom and one for my dad for Christmas! They are going to love them! Thanks Keurig!
Pros: Leak Proof, Keeps Beverages Cold, Spill Proof, Durable, Keeps Beverages Hot

This is unusable. It forces you to keep your mouth open to drink hot liquids. It prevents you from being able to sip the coffee. One has no choice but to pour hot liquid into a wide open mouth.
Cons: Can~'~~t Drink Hot Liquids

Really disappointed

I was really excited to get this mug and use it with my keurig Vue. The description says it fits all keurig k-cup and Vue brewers with removable reservoirs. THIS INFORMATION IS FALSE. The only reason I purchase a coffee mug for such a ridiculous price was to have the convenience of brewing straight into the cup and not have to transfer the coffee. I am extremely disappointed.

cleaning makes this not worth it

While the cup is nice looking and keeps the coffee hot for a long time the lid makes this all null and void. I contacted Keurig about the difficulty in cleaning the lid and while they agreed and gave me ideas on how to I am still grossed out by it. Wish I could just get a return of my money. I just spent 1/2 hr with a pipe cleaner and toothbrush and am not letting it soak in peroxide. If this doesn't work then it will go on the shelf never to be used again. Why would they make something so difficult to clean? I literally have black flakes of dirt coming out and this after rinsing out after each use with hot soapy water.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Keeps Coffee Hot
Cons: Lid Is Disgusting

Does not keep coffee hot/warm

I have two of these stainless steel mugs and after using them for a couple of months, I notice they don't keep your coffee hot anymore. I brewed my coffee, came to work and it's already luke warm. Mind you this was a 30 min time span. I won't ever buy these again.

I have tried for years to find a cup that will hold the heat. My daughter & grandchildren found this one as a gift for me, and I use it daily. Keeps coffee hot, until about 4 hours later then it's still hot enough to be "coffee", but that's beyond normal. I use a circle brush with vinegar & water mix to clean and set the lid in a bowl of same. Works great. Am so happy with it, am buying a second. To those having a "taste or smell" issue, try a different blend of coffee. Mine is always good!
Pros: Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma
