Love this Mug

I love using this at work. With constant interruptions, my coffee stays hot and I don't have to worry about accidental spills. So many travel mugs change the taste of coffee - but not this one.
Pros: Keeps It Hot, Doesn't Spill A Drop

The perfect travel mug

This is the only travel mug I use now. I use it on-the-go while at work or out running errands. I also use it at home so that I don't have to worry about my toddler knocking my hot drink over. It keeps my coffee hot (or cold if it's iced coffee) and it holds an extra large drink. It's easy to clean in hot soapy water too.
Pros: Keeps Drinks Hot, Spillproof

Great idea-but can't clean lid

I've used this stainless steel mug for about a year. I started noticing a smell coming from the lid (even though I wash it with soapy water daily). So I put boiling water in a bowl and soaked the lid. Ewwwww!! Mold, slime, etc....came floating out. I used a q-tip, a pecan picker, toothpick, etc. to try to get all the built up gunk inside the lid. I never did get it cleaned to my satisfaction. It's going in the trash. I've very sad, this was a GREAT idea. Keurig should make the lid easier to clean. It also started leaking about a month ago if it got tipped over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lid difficult to clean

Love this mug especially when driving in the morning. It keeps coffee nice and hot. Unfortunately the lid is difficult to clean. After soaking in hot water all this mold and crud came out. But it never got completely clean. I will not be using it again

Disappointed

So sad. I was waiting for this to come in. I'm so disappointed that this cup is so hard to clean. I need easy. Grab, Go, Enjoy, Repeat.. I don't need "Please have your CSI crime kit handy to clean the lid" as part of my daily routine.
Pros: Coffee is hot
Cons: I Need A Clean Lid

Best Travel Mug

I use this travel mug for both hot and cold beverages. It keeps my hot drinks hot, and cold drinks cold. It never leaks. I throw it in my lunch bag, purse, or book bag and never have to worry about anything getting ruined. I bought this mug in December (almost 7 months ago) and it still works great. Cleaning has not been an issue for me. I put it on the top rack of the dishwasher and that works just fine. I plan on buying another for myself and more as gifts.
Pros: Beverage Stays Hot, Attractive Looking, No Leaks, Beverage Stays Cold

Lid hard to clean

The lid is very hard to clean, and do not get soap in there, it'll take forever to come all the way out.Wish the lid came apart. I do not drink straight out of the mug anymore, but I do use it to transport a hot cup of coffee to work and pour into a cup once I get there.

As a comment to the other comments before me. The description of the mug says, "with the drip tray removed." "Except the MINI." I do recommend you read descriptions before you purchase items.
