Best Coffee Cup Ever

This is the best coffee cup ever used. I have many and used many different coffee mugs and this is by far the best.
Pros: Leak-proof

I don't think you need more reviews about how good the cup is. It works well enough for me to keep using it. I agree with the 1-star reviewer about the dirty cup lid. The stainless steel cup needs to be handwashed. The cup LID gets cruddy (especially with dairy use) but cleans up nicely after a run through the dishwasher (top rack) and a hot water rinse between refills. I wouldn't think to take coffee with me on my motorcycle. Now I do because this product kept my coffee contained and hot and is carried in the backpack's waterbottle pouch.
Pros: Heat Retention, Spill-proof
Cons: Lid Does Not Disassemble

Great Mug - won't fit my brewer.

I take my coffee to work, this mug keeps coffee hot for two to three hours BUT won't fit my Keurig brewer even with the tray removed. I have to brew the coffee into a regular cup then pour it into my pre-heated mug.

I really like the locking system. However, if you live in an area that's really cold, you will be able to warm your hands.
I have used travel mugs for quite some time. I like the ones that insulated so your beverage stays hot, but the heat stays inside the mug.
My coffee was luke warm within a half-hour...not the way I like my coffee.
The three stars are for the locking system, and the sleek design. However, there is a need for more insulation to keep our delicious Keurig (I like Mahogany) coffee pods hot.

Love it but how can I clean it?

I love the mug and I love that the cap comes out for cleaning but I am having a bit of a hard time to keep it clean, I see a dust like thing that stays stuck in it every time after it dries. I've tried dish washer and had washing but I don't feel like it gets completely clean, is there any tips to make it look better?
besides that it's awesome, doesn't spill at all and keep the coffee super hot for the entire day! :)

Thank you for your review. We recommend rinsing the lid immediately after each use, pressing the autoseal button so water flows through the drink spout and vent hole.The Lid is top-rack dishwasher safe. If washing by hand, soak the lid for 10 minutes in warm, soapy water. After cleaning, return the lid to its closed position before use. We hope this helps!
