Yikes!! I read the negative reviews but I must say, I am well pleased with this mug. YES, it keeps your coffee hot! That's what it's suppose to do! I washed it before use and after and I do not have any problems keeping it clean. Don't let it just sit with coffee in there or you may have a problem. I use it for cold water also. The ice stays in for at least 8 hours for me. Hot will stay HOT for 2 hours, then start to cool down. It is also sturdy and won't spill either. It has rolled out of my car onto the pavement with only a ding on the lid but it still works great! Don't be afraid to buy this wonderful mug! Follow the directions and it should be fine. You do have to hold down the button before the liquid comes out. I think it's GREAT!!!

I have purchased upwards of ten of these(okay more)... I give them as gifts! They do not spill and I can throw them in my school bag right alongside my papers with no worries!

I've read the reviews. Yes it's tall, but it holds a good 14 ounces of coffee with room for milk or cream. It keeps the coffee hotter twice as long as ANY ceramic travel mug. My lid does not drip when I drink. It does spill out into the lid area when filled to the max, but that's ok with me. I own 2 of these and have run them through the dishwasher hundreds of times over the last 2 years and they're still great. Yes, I said the last 2 years. Well worth the money. If you take care of things they can last a long time.

Worth the money

The mug works great! No leaking. I like how it is sealed until you press the button, making spills impossible. Fits under the brewer perfectly (when you remove the drip tray). The mouth piece takes some getting used to, as it is flat with no lip.
Pros: Seals Great, Looks And Feels Nice

I often am in a rush in the mornings and by the time I get to my coffee it's cold. One especially busy, unpredictable morning, it was nearly 2 hours before I took my first sip; and it was still hot.. like, burn your tongue hot.

The other reviewers need to read the description of how it fits before going off the deep end about it. Take out the drip tray on the standard sizes and don't buy this for a mini - it isn't made for it! Fiance gave this to me with my new machine and I love it. Leaves plenty of room for milk even with the largest cup setting. Pricey but durable!
Pros: Easy to clean, Easy to use, Comfortable

I love these coffee mugs! I use them with the larger keurig machines at work. However, I was very disappointed that they did not fit under the mini-brewer that I have in my home. I would highly suggest that anyone with the larger models have one of these remarkable mugs. I would love it if they fit under the mini-brewer.
