Poor design...

Leaks on top of lid when you tilt to drink. Opening on top where coffee comes out is too wide and not deep enough.

I have several travel mugs. This is by far the best. Filled this morning at 8:30 and 12 hours later small amount left was still drinkable warm and l was amazed. The no drip feature is a big plus also. It’s now my favorite travel mug

I received this cup as a X-mas gift. I have yet to be able to use it. The lid has such a strong plastic/industrial smell it ruins the coffee. Have soaked the lid in baking soda water, soapy water and a mixture of soap and baking soda with no success. Has been airing out for over a week and it still purely stinks.
Cons: Odor From Lid
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the old coffee travel mug, but hated the handle. Thank you,Keurig for making this one. I love it! It should not be washed in the dishwasher. I love the fact that coffee stays hot, and fresh. Love the design!!! Thanks Keurig!

5 STAR stainless steel "Contigo" mug

I have purchased at least 12 of these Contigo mugs in the last two years either for our home or for gifts. Only one has ever leaked. My favorite thing about this mug is the extended length of time it keeps the coffee hot!
Pros: No Spill Lid Works Great, Does Fit My Keurig, Comfortable Grip, Coffee Stays Hot

I use it at home to keep my warm beverages hot! The Sleek design makes it a wonderful addition to my drinkware. I like all the features! It really does fit my Elite Brewer! The beverages keep their taste integrity!

This is a well designed mug..when you buy this nothing else compares. Great at keeping coffee hot but it won't be hot on your hands. Will not spill!, Highly recommend for everyone and would make a fantastic gift.

Excellent but a pain to maintain

I have used this mug Mon-Fri for about 9 months now. I do love that it keeps my coffee HOT for hours and that I can feel okay about just throwing it in my bag (it will NOT spill). The only problem I have with this mug is maintaining it. The top is nearly impossible to truly clean. You can put the top in the dishwasher but I have not tried that yet. I have to use a q-tip to really get in there and clean, which becomes annoying to do every single night.
Pros: Keeps Coffee Hot, Good Design, Nice Grip, Very Easy To Travel With
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN
